the great beef recall

Beef is a part of our everyday lives,I repair appliances, laundry and kitcken so I am in people's refrigerator on a daily basis and over the years every refrigerator that i work on always have some kind of beef in it, i know there is a few people that do not eat meat but i can't recall meeting any of them.
people love meat,they love beef,i eat beef every now and then but i am a fish,pork and chicken lover,when i do eat beef it has to be well done.
An investigation by the humane society in the united states at a cattle slaughterhouse has led to the largest beef recall in united states history,
the investigation found that some of the cows were sick, some could not walk others were not able to stand up some were beaten and rammed with forklifts to get them to stand up.
These sick cows that are called---DOWNERS---are not supposed to be in the food supply,most of the 15 cases of mad cow disease reported in north america was linked to these --DOWNERS--.
